Pre-election poll shows Nevada Senate squeaker

A pre-election poll on the Nevada Senate race by Public Policy Polling shows Republican Sharron Angle up by a point over Democrat Sen. Harry Reid, 47-46.
The survey, conducted over the weekend, suggested Reid prevailed among early voters, 50-46, "but those still planning to vote tomorrow are intending to support angle by a 48-40 margin.
In the breakdowns, Tea Party candidate Scott Ashjian pulled 3 percent and "none of the above" gained 1 percent.
"Angle has the slight overall advantage because she's ahead 52-38 with independents," pollster Tom Jensen writes.
From the numbers, Jensen said "a lot of Democratic leaning voters aren't planning to vote tomorrow and if even a small percentage of them can be rousted out of complacency to go vote for Reid it might be enough to put him over the top."
