Promenada at Rainbow mid-rise sales gallery opens in southwest

Featuring a rooftop sundeck common area, with floor plans ranging from 828 to 1,478 square feet, mid-rise development Promenada at Rainbow will offer an urban setting of residential living among boutique, dining and entertainment space.

The development has opened its sales gallery on the northwest corner of Rainbow and Sunset roads at 6475 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 102 in the Rainbow Sunset Pavilion.

Floor plan renderings for the one- and two-bedroom residences are available for viewing at the gallery, where visitors can preview the 10 resident designs.

Each plan includes a balcony or courtyard area.

"Part of that is the new trend in home automation. All units will be outfitted with exceptional designer finishes and high-end appliances, and all units will have some degree of standard home automation. This will all be shown in our full size model unit."

Stainless steel appliances, European-style custom cabinetry, double master bath sinks and washer and dryer are standard.

Many floor plans offer split bedrooms and built-in computer desk.

All residences feature home automation and security system with optional audio and video components.

The development will include fitness center, restricted access and gated underground parking.

Additional amenities include an outdoor amphitheater, professional property management, Wi-Fi throughout the common areas.
