CAI to host 20th annual Community Associations Day

The Nevada Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is hosting its 20th annual Community Associations Day event for homeowners associations board members and community managers Oct. 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event features free educational seminars for HOA board members and community managers, as well as a trade show to meet individuals and companies that provide products and services for community associations. Admission is free to seminar and trade show attendees, but preregistration is required. CA Day will be held at the Gold Coast, 4000 W. Flamingo Road.

More than 70 exhibitors are participating in this year's CA Day and there will be giveaways and raffle prizes. Seminars include Running Your HOA Like the Business It Is for HOA board members from 8 to 9:30 a.m. and Mediating Disputes in the Common Interest Community, a CLE-credited course, for community managers from 12 to 3 p.m. CAI Nevada is also hosting a mixer from 3 to 5:30 p.m.
