Recession got you down? Starbucks is raising prices

Here’s a business decision that’s bound to generate groans from caffeine addicts. The recession has hurt Starbucks’ customer base, but the company is responding by raising the prices of some of its products. It also will drop the price of its least expensive coffee and lattes a nickel or so.

But it will soon cost you more to get your Frappuccino fix – up to 30 cents more in some cases.
