Reid-Angle air war to get even more brutal

Probably no surprise to Nevadans who have been beset by Senate campaign advertising practically nonstop since early summer, but the air war between Sen. Harry Reid and challenger Sharron Angle could get even more brutal, Politico reports today.
"At this rate, the country’s most closely watched Senate race — in which a tea party favorite is trying to take down the most powerful man in the Senate — seems to be ignoring the main problems in Nevada, a state with 14 percent unemployment and devastating foreclosure numbers. Instead, this race seems to be turning on who can deliver the strongest and most effective punch, something that will be amplified through tough new campaign ads and a pivotal Oct. 14 debate," according to the piece.
