Retired couple find value, comfort at Richmond American’s Moreno Valley

After comparing homes and builders throughout Las Vegas, Paul and Mirella McClain narrowed down their search to Richmond American.

"We started out looking on the Internet by searching for affordable price ranges," Paul said. "This saved us time and allowed us to compare builders.

We found Richmond American and started looking at homes in the northern area of Las Vegas. Out of all the builders we sat down with, their representative was really understanding of our fixed income situation since we're retired. We felt like they were really trying to work with us. They also offered the VA loan program, which was a plus. In our search, we found that no one else compared to Richmond American."

After looking at several different communities, the McClains decided that Moreno Valley was a perfect place to call home. "We knew we wanted to live in the north, and we liked the fact that this community is not directly off a busy street," Paul McClain said.
