Rhodes Homes holds Main Event at its Las Vegas Valley communities

Rhodes Homes is holding its sole special event of the year this weekend with special pricing at all Rhodes Homes communities.

During the Main Event, Rhodes Homes will pay all closing costs, provide options at up to a 90 percent discount and offer special financing options for all standing inventory homes, according to Ryan Soucie, the company's director of sales.

"Rhodes Homes has always offered remarkable values on its homes, whether they are condominiums, townhomes or single family homes or large estates," Soucie said. "This limited time event is only offered once during the year, so now is the perfect time to take advantage of these significant price reductions."

Communities in Southwest Las Vegas' Rhodes Ranch master plan include The Collection, Palm's Bay, Pacific Mist, The Majors, The Fairways and The Irons.

Rhodes Ranch offers many versatile floor plans with multiple configurations ranging in size from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet.

Homes come in single- and two-story plans and have from two to five bedrooms and two to 41/2 baths. Prices start in the $200,000s.

Rhodes Homes' Tuscany is located in Henderson and will feature eight communities in the Main Event, including La Piazza, La Luna, Montebello, Avellino, Fiori, Terrazzo, Zanetti and Melani.

Tuscany floor plans range from 1,264 to 4,876 square feet.

Home options include single- , two-story and townhome-style configurations. Plans include from two to five bedrooms and from two to 41/2 baths.

Three-car garages are offered with select homes at La Piazza, La Luna, Montebello, Melani, Terrazzo and Avellino. Pricing at Tuscany starts at $249,325.

Both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany encompass championship golf courses designed by Ted Robinson Jr. as well as parks, walking trails and recreation centers.

Additionally, the Xit Townhome-style homes and the detached homes at W57th, both located in the Southwest valley are included in the event. Xit is located on Tropicana Avenue near Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and offers three plans ranging from 1,663 to 1,759 square feet and starting at $274,325.

W57th, located on Sunset Road near Grand Canyon Drive has three plans from 1,720 to 2,255 square feet and starting at $284,825.
