Rhodes Homes makes entrance with X-it condominium development

Rhodes Homes' three-story townhome project X-it in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley features bold colors and contemporary architecture,.

"For a limited time, we are offering up to $35,000 in incentives for homes currently under construction," said X-it sales agent Debbie Sheetz. "This can be used towards the base price of the home, options, closing costs or to buy down the interest rate when using our preferred lender."

X-it's three model homes include the Plan 1663, Plan 1690 and Plan 1759, named for their respective square footage. Each home is offered with a two-car garage on the first level, a second-floor terrace and walk-in closets.

"Plan 1663 is one of the most popular at X-it," Sheetz said. "The oversized laundry room on the first floor has lots of counter space and a standard oversized sink. It's perfect as a hobby room for outdoor enthusiasts to store and clean their gear without tracking it through the house."

Plan 1663 is offered with one bedroom, 21/2 baths, the hobby room and a loft. The loft can be optioned as a second bedroom and is located on the home's third floor.

X-it's Plan 1690 is offered with two bedrooms, a den and 21/2 baths.

Plan 1759 includes two bedrooms, 31/2 baths and a first-floor bonus room. Both of these plans feature a third-floor laundry room.

Standard features at X-it include kitchens with granite countertops, pantries and recessed lighting. The homes also include Moen faucets throughout, 71/2-inch baseboards, raised-panel solid wood doors and pre-wiring in all rooms for an audio system, ceiling fans and cable.

"We wanted to create a truly unique experience for residents of X-it," Sheetz said. "You won't find another community like it anywhere in Las Vegas."

X-it residents enjoy a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse that is open. The clubhouse includes a multi-purpose recreation room, exercise room, full kitchen and lounge/media area. Outside, residents and their guests enjoy a pool, spa and deck area.

Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is currently developing 16 neighborhoods throughout the city with homes to fit every family's lifestyle, Sheetz said.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Tropicana Avenue. Head East on Tropicana to the community on the left. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 434-4449 or visit rhodeshomes.com.
