Rhodes Homes offers move-in Montebello homes in Henderson

Rhodes Homes' Montebello neighborhood at Tuscany Residential Village, a master- planned community in Henderson, is offering completed homes.

Buyers need to only select the flooring before they move in. Some are located on the community's signature golf course,.

"Buyers have been responding to the homes we're offering at Montebello, which include a nice selection of homes on our golf course and some with views of the surrounding mountains," said John Means, sales manager for Rhodes Homes, developer of Tuscany.

Montebello has a range of floor plans, with single-story, two-story and three-story homes available. Square footage in the models range from 1,734 to 4,138. Prices start in the $300,000s.

Kitchens come with beach cabinetry with crown molding appliances.

"The homes at Montebello offer residents the chance to own a home that includes countless standard options that are often upgrades and that are part of one of the most impressive master plans in the Las Vegas Valley," Means said.

According to Means, Rhodes is offering special incentives.

When Tuscany Residential Village is complete, a road that loops through the 18 neighborhoods in the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf course community will bring together an estimated 6,000 residents living in nearly 2,000 homes.

Seven model home communities, comprising 22 models and more than 33 floor plans, ranging from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet, are now open in Tuscany.

Each offers floor plans including three-story town homes, single-story, two-story and three-story homes with lofts and great rooms with kitchens featuring center islands. Prices in Tuscany begin in the low $300,000s.

The 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, is under construction and will be open to homeowners soon. It will include a basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, fitness room, meeting rooms, card room, billiards, tennis courts, lap pool, lagoon pool, children's ground and picnic area.
