Rhodes Ranch offers incentives for The Fairways

At Rhodes Ranch, golf-themed collections, along with an award-winning course and resort-style amenities, create golf communities. The incentive offered at The Fairways is combined with Rhodes Homes' community-wide offer to pay for closing costs valued at up to 3 percent of each home's sale price.
