Rhodes Ranch offers variety
July 5, 2008 - 9:00 pm
Looking for a new home can be an arduous task in the middle of summer when temperatures are in the triple digits. But a central sales office has been opened within Rhodes Ranch that offers information, floor plans and tours of its models including The Irons, The Majors, The Fairways, The Greens, Palm's Bay and Pacific Mist.
"Rhodes Ranch is an incredible development that offers hundreds of home options in addition to one-of-a-kind amenities," Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes, said.
"We were finding that many home shoppers knew they wanted to live in Rhodes Ranch, but not necessarily which home would best suit their lifestyles."
"Having a centralized sales office allows us to perfectly suit a home to each resident's needs," Lark Lowry, sales associate at Rhodes Ranch, added.
"Everyone has different needs to make their home work best for their lifestyle. We have single-story homes for those who don't want to climb stairs, models with larger kitchens for those who like to cook and home sites on the golf course for our residents who enjoy the views."
With all floor plans, options and locations in the sales center, home buyers can decide which models they want to see. "The sales associates are here to guide them through the experience," Lowry said. "It is easy and fun to find your dream home at Rhodes Ranch."
Floor plans at Rhodes Ranch range from 1,467 to 3,431 square feet and are offered with three to five bedrooms. Home buyers can choose from models that offer kitchen islands, lofts, master retreats, great rooms, game rooms and three-car garages. Home prices start in the low $200,000s.
As residents of the Rhodes Ranch master plan, homeowners have access to the 35,000 square foot R Club recreation center, which features a billiards room, gymnasium, two racket ball courts and fitness center.
There is the Fun Zone water park, a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool with wading areas and a 10,000-square-foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges and multiple squirt gun stations.
Located adjacent to the R Club, it also includes a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person group spa, four large covered cabanas, one exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children's playground with activity structures.
The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson as a par-72 course, was named a "Best Value" by Vegas Golfer magazine.
Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is currently developing 16 communities throughout the city.
To visit the Rhodes Ranch sales office, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway.
