Richmond American hails anniversary with promotion

Richmond American Homes is celebrating 35 years of home building by extending an anniversary offer that includes upgrades at no additional cost.

Upgrades may include a rear-yard patio, window coverings, under-cabinet video system and upgraded flooring. In addition, the builder will offer three premium packages.

"At Richmond American, we're committed to giving our home buyers quality, value and choices," said Nicole Bloom, vice president of sales for the Las Vegas North Division. "We believe the best way to celebrate our anniversary is by giving our home buyers incredible presents that reflect those long-standing values.

"The Diamond Package is designed to make your new kitchen sparkle," Bloom said, "with beautiful stainless steel appliances and granite slab countertops. The Platinum Package is especially valuable for first-time home buyers, featuring a large capacity washer and dryer, a garage organizer and backyard landscaping. And the Gold Package is a modern-day treasure, boasting a central vacuum system, security system, whole house technology package and surround-sound prewire."

Offering more than 50 communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with over 100 floor plans, prices span from the $200,000s to the $600,000s. Square footage ranges from 1,100 to 4,000 square feet.

The builder's new Mosaic Collection features three-story designs and the Stonegate Collection offers two-story designs with stone exteriors.

Many floor plans allow personalized design with room options such as additional bedrooms or baths, lofts, dens, master retreats, extended family and bonus rooms.

Exterior options can include outdoor living spaces such as patios and balconies.

The builder's Home Gallery features six model kitchens for touring, as well as its color studio and professional design consultants.

The 22,000-square-foot design center provides floor plans and neighborhoods, new home specialists, interactive kiosks and videos provide details on home designs and quick move-in homes.

Representatives from Richmond American's affiliate, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp., are also on hand to answer financing questions.

The Home Gallery is open to the public and is located off Interstate 15 and Blue Diamond Road at 7770 Dean Martin Drive, Suite D10.

The gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, except Saturday when it closes at 6 p.m., and Sunday when it opens from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
