Richmond builds three-story homes

Located in northwest Las Vegas, Richmond American's Whitney Heights neighborhood offers three-story homes priced from the $230,000s.

"The three-story layout appeals to such a wide range of people," sales agent Jeff Barta said.

"It's good for singles, couples, roommates and families. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor, and a lot of people really enjoy the feeling of being upstairs while watching TV. I own a three-story home myself and I love it.

"The prices at Whitney Heights are also extremely competitive, and the location is very convenient. We're close to banking, shopping and grocery stores, and there's a new hospital scheduled to open nearby before the end of the year."

"A lot of people like how the lower level has a bedroom and full bathroom on its own private floor," Barta said. "It offers a great space for roommates or out-of-town guests."

The main level includes a living room, dining room, powder room, laundry room and kitchen with food-preparation island.

The top level includes a master bedroom suite with private bath, a secondary bedroom, a full bath and a loft.

A fourth bedroom is available in lieu of the loft. The Ivalace is priced from the $260,000s.

Priced from the $240,000s is the Lady Frances, with two to three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 1,500 square feet.

"One of the features people love about this home is how nice the staircases look when you walk inside," Barta said.

"Also, the kitchen is situated toward the back of the home so you don't have to walk through it to get to the other rooms."

The main level features a living room, kitchen, dining room and powder room, with a covered balcony off the dining room.

The lower level includes a study and a powder room, with a third bedroom available in lieu of the study.

The top level includes a master bedroom suite with private bath, a secondary bedroom and full bath and a laundry room.

Priced from the $230,000s is the Dentata, a two-bedroom home, offering three baths in 1,400 square feet. The entry leads down to a study or up into an open living room, dining room and kitchen, with an optional covered balcony off the rear of the home. A third bedroom is available in lieu of the study. The top floor includes two bedrooms and a laundry room.

The sales center and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Friday when it opens at noon.
