Richmond to host builder seminar

Richmond American is hosting a complimentary seminar at its Home Gallery Aug. 18 entitled Homebuilding from the Ground Up, where visitors will receive information on every step of the home building process. The doors open at 10:30 a.m., and the presentation begins at 11 a.m.

Realtors can enjoy an exclusive event Aug. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Both seminars will include complimentary food and refreshments, as well as giveaways. All visitors to Saturday's event will receive a certificate for additional savings, while Realtors at Thursday's event will be given a bonus commission certificate.

"Buying a new home is a big step, and we know there are bound to be questions. This seminar gives you a place to get those questions answered -- and of course, have a lot of fun in the process," sales agent Susan Lee said. "Realtors will find invaluable tips so they can guide their clients through the process. We'll cover every step of buying a new home, from selecting the right floor plan to choosing your design options and upgrades. It's all about getting informed and preparing for the adventure ahead."

The seminar will feature speakers, and a team of professionals will be available to provide information and personal assistance before, during and after the seminar. Visitors will receive help with exploring locations, floor plans and homes available throughout Las Vegas. Representatives from the builder can answer questions about financing options, and professional design consultants offer advice on coordinating finishing touches.

To visit, take Interstate 15 and exit west at Blue Diamond Road. Go west on Blue Diamond, north on South Dean Martin Drive, and right on Robindale Road. Take the first right into the parking lot, then take an immediate left and follow the parking lot to the Home Gallery. The Home Gallery is located at 7770 South Dean Martin Drive, Suite 10.
