Ryland celebrates spring trends at design center

Springtime in Southern Nevada brings beautiful colors, from blooming trees and flowers to the desert wildlife. Ryland Homes is celebrating the season with a special spring trends event offered through the end of April. During the event, new Ryland home buyers can receive as much as $10,000 in closing costs and take advantage of spring’s hottest trends through Ryland’s design center.

“Our spring trends event is all about you,” said Bethann Frusco, sales agent at Ryland’s Indigo at Hillside neighborhood. “We want to give you abundant choices, whether it is the area of town you live in, the style of home or the interior finishings. We want to give you the new home you have always envisioned.”

Among this year’s hottest design trends is Pantone’s official color of spring: radiant orchid.

“This delicate, yet vibrant hue can be perfect for virtually any room in your new home,” Frusco said. “It can provide a soft elegance to your master bedroom, brighten a child’s room or even provide a unique ambiance in a dining room. The professionals in our design center can help you bring this beautiful color to life in your new home.”

Frusco is selling single-family homes at Indigo at Hillside near Summerlin. The three-story homes range in size from 1,863 to 2,287 square feet with each of the four plans including up to three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage.

Ryland’s signature rooftop decks are included with every home at Indigo at Hillside, and overlook the city and surrounding mountain ranges. Residents enjoy their own neighborhood amenities at Indigo, including a basketball court, park, sparkling swimming pool, barbecue and picnic area. Scenic walking trails are just outside the neighborhood.

Another hot trend new Ryland home shoppers can take advantage of is wall art, said Kelli Cunningham, sales agent at Ryland’s Zephyr Ridge neighborhood in Henderson.

New Ryland homebuyers can work with the builder’s design center to select paint colors, countertops, flooring, cabinetry and finishings that range from traditional to trendy designs in their new Ryland homes.

“And at Zephyr Ridge, you can choose from our eight floor plans ranging in size from 2,104 to 3,665 square feet, all with three-car garages on pool-sized home sites,” Cunningham said.

Homes at Zephyr Ridge can be built with up to six bedrooms and up to three baths.

Each floor plan offers features like dual master suites, tech areas and walk-in pantries as well as oversized garages. All are Energy Star-certified and provide additional energy-saving features.

“This neighborhood is really in an ideal location,” Cunningham said. “It’s elevated a bit above the city but still very close to some of the best shopping and dining options in town. And it is zoned for great schools like Newton Elementary, Mannion Middle School and Foothills High.”
