Ryland Homes Indigo is a gated neighborhood of three-story designs featuring private rooftop desks, available as an option in the Midnight Plan.

Priced from the upper $200,000s, the gated neighborhood offers three home designs ranging from 1,691 to 1,982 square feet.

The 1,691-square-foot Azure Plan includes a balcony off the master suite. The suite and master bath occupy the third floor in its entirety, while secondary bedrooms and baths are located at the second-floor.

The 1,946-square-foot, Midnight Plan offers two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with an option for a third bedroom. The rooftop deck is optional.

At 1,982 square feet, Cobalt is the largest of the three Indigo plans. With three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, it features an optional third-floor loft or retreat that can be used as a media, gym or hobby room.

Standard features include low-maintenance front yards, designer-selected color schemes and light fixtures and kitchens fitted with handcrafted oak cabinetry. Optional interior elevators are available on select plans.

The homes are Energy Star-certified, incorporating design features that protect the environment and minimize energy costs, according to the builder.

The neighborhood is in proximity to city views, shopping, trail areas and the natural attractions of Red Rock Canyon Conservation area.

Ryland Homes' My Style Design Center offers a selection of designer upgrades and decorating enhancements, from floor coverings and window treatments to counter and cabinets.
