Ryland Homes extends promotion

Ryland Homes has extended its summer promotion through Aug. 5. The builder, with 12 new-home communities throughout Southern Nevada, is offering 20 percent off its MyStyle Design center options. Depending on the home purchase, the offer could get new homeowners thousands in savings.

Ryland Homes will hold a grand opening for its Indigo at Hillside community Aug. 18. In addition, it has planned its annual back-to-school drive later in August.

"We will be asking our homeowners and Las Vegas residents to help support students in need by donating school supplies in our annual back-to-school drive," Frusco said. "Every donation makes a difference in the life of a child who may not have the ability to purchase their own school supplies."

Indigo at Hillside features the homebuilder's signature rooftop decks with each of its floor plans. Two of the three floor plans are shown as models.

The builder introduced rooftop decks at its Maravilla Courtyards in April. That community offers three floor plans ranging from 1,852 to 2,157 square feet with prices starting at $154,990.

Among the three plans is the 2144 Plan, which includes three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage with 2,144 square feet of living space.

This flexible plan can be built with as many as five bedrooms or with a dual master bedroom option. The front door opens midway between the first and second floors, with the great room, dining room and kitchen all on the second floor.

Maravilla Courtyards is in Mountain's Edge, a southwest master-planned community adjacent to the new Nathaniel Jones Park. The 20-acre park includes a lighted basketball court, tot lot with shade structure, children's water play area with splash pad, turf areas, walking trails and shade structures. The park incorporates the natural terrain to complement design and to conserve water.
