Ryland homes showcase signature rooftop decks

Hoping for a “lucky find” this month? You don’t have to wear green to discover all the lucky finds at Ryland Homes’ new neighborhoods in Southern Nevada. The builder is getting spring fever early with four new neighborhoods in the valley. Three collections in southwest Las Vegas and one in the northwest offer modern home designs with rooftop decks.
In addition to Ryland’s newest neighborhoods, two of its communities are nearly sold out. Cordova Estates in Henderson and Ryland at Evergreen in Mountain’s Edge, a master-planned community in the southwest, are selling their final homes.
“You can make your own luck with Ryland Homes this month,” said Cyndi Chaudhuri, sales agent at Ryland’s new Monteverdi neighborhood. “You can discover four brand-new Ryland neighborhoods or scoop up one of the last available homes at two that are nearly sold out.”
With some exclusions, the builder is offering 20 percent off in its Design Center through the end of the month, which can help homebuyers personalize their residences.
Chaudhuri is putting the final touches on Ryland’s new Monteverdi neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas. Monteverdi is a community of three-story town houses that include a rooftop deck. It is pre-selling homes in its first phase with a grand opening scheduled for later this month. Pre-grand opening prices start at $184,990.
“Monteverdi is a gated neighborhood that has its own community pool, fitness center, community barbecue area and two enclosed dog parks for small dogs,” Chaudhuri said. “It is also in the perfect location, near shopping centers as well as the 215 Beltway and U.S. Highway 95. It is a very family and pet-friendly neighborhood.”
In Mountain’s Edge, Ryland is building its Quintessa neighborhood with single-family homes and amenities.
“Our rooftop decks are available on every home in Quintessa, and built as standard features with all of our three-story homes,” sales agent Tony Pinneri said. “Every home is also Energy Star rated and includes radiant roof barriers and low-e vinyl windows to keep your energy bills low.”
Quintessa is a gated neighborhood with its own clubhouse, pool, spa, gazebo and workout facility. Four models are offered with prices starting at $228,990.
Nearby Quintessa in southwest Las Vegas is Ryland’s new Tacinga Ridge collection. Also a gated neighborhood with single family homes, Tacinga Ridge is not in a master-planned community and therefore provides residents with lower monthly homeowner association fees.
“While master plans provide many amenities, some people prefer to live in independent neighborhoods without the additional amenities and master plan fees,” Tacinga Ridge sales agent Alexis Oliver said.
“Tacinga Ridge is nearby all the natural amenities in the area including Bonnie Springs, Spring Mountain Ranch State Park and the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area,” Oliver said. “Plus, it is near world-class shopping and dining within a short driving distance to the airport and Las Vegas Strip.”
Prices at Tacinga Ridge start at $259,990.
In one of the hottest areas of southwest Las Vegas near Tropicana Avenue and the beltway is Ryland at X-It, a collection of three-story condominiums with rooftop decks. Ryland at X-It is a gated neighborhood with a clubhouse, pool and fitness center available exclusively to residents. Three new floor plans are being sold with pre-grand opening pricing starting at $189,990.
“These are truly unique homes and will have stunning vantages from their rooftop decks,” Ryland at X-It sales agent Katrina Champeaux said.
Ryland Homes is selling new homes throughout Southern Nevada. Its sales offices are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to 5 p.m. Fridays. For more information, visit www.rylandvegas.com.
