Ryland kicks off fall with options

Whether you are looking for your first home or need more space for a growing family, Ryland has options in its Las Vegas neighborhoods. Some of these offer Ryland’s signature rooftop decks.

“In addition to our unique floor plans and communities, Ryland also offers each new homeowner the MyStyle Design Center,” said Mara Glaser, Maravilla Vistas sales agent. “Our design center lets you customize your home to your own personal liking. There are hundreds of options for flooring, fixtures and faucets, as well as enhancing the kitchen and exterior of the home.”

Ryland offers options for three-story modern living, traditional two-story and single-story homes as well as larger high-end residences. The builder also is unveiling condominium and townhome residences later this year.

“Ryland offers a variety of community styles,” Glaser said. “For those who enjoy master-plan living, we offer neighborhoods in Mountain’s Edge in southwest Las Vegas, Providence in northwest Las Vegas and Amado Pointe in Summerlin. We also have several neighborhoods that are not in master plans but very close to beautiful community amenities and parks.”

At Maravilla Vistas in Mountain’s Edge, Glaser said the kitchen is the most popular room to customize.

“Our kitchens are built with many standard features already, and those who really enjoy cooking can have a professional-style kitchen,” she said.

Every kitchen at Maravilla Vistas offers standard features including four styles of granite countertops, options for cabinetry and standard stainless steel sinks.

“Serious cooks can choose upgraded appliances like a five-burner stove and built-in oven if they want a more professional style kitchen,” Glaser said.

For a limited time, homebuyers at Maravilla Vistas also will receive a refrigerator, washer and dryer included in the price of the home.

“These included appliances join many other standard features like upgraded doors throughout each home and a gas hose and stub for a barbecue. Every home is also Energy Star certified.”

Across town in Henderson, Ryland Homes offers many options for personalization at its Zephyr Ridge neighborhood. Five available floor plans range from 2,335 to 3,492 square feet, and all include three-car garages on pool-sized homesites. The homes can be built with as many as six bedrooms and as many as three baths.

“Each home already includes special features like dual master suites, tech areas, oversized secondary bedrooms, double walk-in closets and walk-in pantries,” said sales agent Kelli Cunningham. “We allow our homebuyers to take it even further with options that are unique to each plan. Our single-story plan is one of the most unique with an option for a grand casita. This can be built as a traditional casita with a bedroom, living room and full bath. It can also be built with just a bedroom and bath or can be used as a third car garage.”

Cunningham said the Concorde model at Zephyr Ridge also is very flexible.

“This 3,492-square-foot home can be built with an optional retreat off the master bedroom, a double-sized bonus room and a phenomenal walk-in shower.”

Another Ryland community with many available options is Monticello in the Providence master-planned community. Providence has been named one of the top 10 U.S. master plans. Four floor plans are available, including Ryland’s “upside down” designs.

“Our Taylor plan, which is an ‘upside down’ design, is shown as a model at Monticello,” said sales agent Charlie Muffley. It is a unique design that often provides beautiful views from the kitchen and dining room areas.”

This two-story home includes 2,118 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, family and laundry rooms and storage area on the first floor and the home’s master bedroom, kitchen, great room and dining room on the second floor.

“Every home at Monticello is available with our signature rooftop deck and most of our two- and three-story homes throughout the valley are also available with these unique options,” Muffley said.

Ryland has been named the fastest-growing public homebuilder in the country by Builder magazine, and received a 2013 Energy Star Leadership in Housing Award from the Environmental Protection Agency.
