Ryland neighborhoods offer outdoor amenities

Ryland Homes offers a variety of new-home communities throughout Southern Nevada.

Maravilla Vistas is a community of two- and three-story homes in Mountain’s Edge, a master-planned community in the southwest valley. Four plans range from 1,939 to 2,454 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s. Two model homes are available for preview: the three-story Cassandra and the two-story Diana. All three-story homes built at Maravilla Vistas include Ryland’s signature rooftop deck as a standard feature. In addition to rooftop decks and outdoor fireplaces, all of the floor plans at Maravilla Vistas include a loft and kitchen island. The Diana plan also offers the option for dual master suites.

“Maravilla Vistas has been one of Ryland’s fastest-selling neighborhoods in Las Vegas,” sales agent Mara Glaser said.

Mountain’s Edge is just a few minutes’ drive from Bonnie Springs, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Spring Mountain Ranch State Park and world-class dining and shopping. The community features more than 500 acres devoted to open space, parks and trail systems.

Two more Ryland communities with outdoor amenities are Verada View and Monticello in the Providence, a master-planned community in the northwest. Both neighborhoods have their own pools and are nearby the new 15-acre Knickerbocker Park. The park includes age-specific play areas for 2- to 5-year-olds and 5- to 12-year-olds, swing set, dog park with small and large dog areas, splash pad, youth baseball field, a multiuse events field, a jogging path with exercise stations and picnic areas.

Verada View is a gated neighborhood with two- and three-story homes. All three-story homes at Verada View include Ryland’s rooftop decks and two-story homes offer them as options. Verada View’s nine floor plans range from 1,926 to 2,420 square feet.

“Verada View’s pool is under construction and will be ready for residents to enjoy this summer,” sales agent Ray Abraham said.

Also in Providence, Ryland’s Monticello neighborhood offers five two-story plans ranging from 1,926 to 2,308 square feet. Homes at Monticello are available with as many as five bedrooms and as many as five baths with two-car garages. All offer rooftop decks. Prices start at $189,990.

Monticello residents can enjoy the mountain vistas along with their own community pool and tot lot.
