Ryland provides neighborhoods within Mountain’s Edge in southwestern valley

Ryland Homes is promoting two neighborhoods at the Mountain's Edge master-planned community. They are Crestone and Cameron.

Residents have access to the community pool and spa, which opened last month and is already proving very popular, according to Ryland Homes sales counselor Mara Glaser.

"And because Ryland Homes pays off the SID (special improvement district) fees in full and up front, those charges aren't passed on to the buyer," Glaser said. "That makes it even more affordable to live in a Ryland Home at Mountain's Edge."

Crestone is a neighborhood of two-story, three-to-four-bedroom homes in 1,582 to 2,197 square feet. Each plan is available in three architectural finishes. Crestone homes are priced from the mid-$200,000s.

Right now, Ryland Homes is offering deals on two homes available for quick move-in at Crestone, both of which are the Vail plan. This popular plan includes three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,123 square feet.

"These homes have a great, open floor plan and a courtyard on one side that is perfect for barbecuing or outdoor dining, particularly in summertime," Glaser said.

The Vail Residence is priced from $290,990. Two quick-move-ins are available.

Mountain's Edge is a master-planned community in Southwest Las Vegas.
