Ryland to hold feature event
From 5 to 9 p.m. today, Ryland Homes shoppers can follow the spotlights to get a glimpse of the evening views from Ryland’s signature rooftop decks.
The builder offers its most popular feature as a standard or optional feature at all of its Southern Nevada neighborhoods.
“Tonight you will be able to see the beautiful panoramic views from our Signature Rooftop Decks,” Ryland Homes sales and marketing manager Kelli Cunningham said. “Just follow the spotlights and you’ll get a whole new perspective on what it means to have these stunning views from the comfort of your own home. From most of our neighborhoods, the rooftop decks overlook sweeping city, mountain and even Las Vegas Strip panoramas. It absolutely must be seen to be believed!”
During this evening’s holiday celebration, guests to Ryland Homes neighborhoods can enjoy refreshments and see model homes decorated for the season.
“You can also check out the special values we are offering for homes ready to move in by the end of the year,” Cunningham said. “Many of our communities have move-in-ready homes, so check with our sales counselors for availability and pricing.”
One Ryland neighborhood with move-in-ready homes available is Maravilla Vistas in Mountain’s Edge, which has special incentives for its final closeout homes. “We have just three remaining homes available at Maravilla Vistas, and they are all ready for move-in,” Maravilla Vistas sales agent Diane Kabbaz said.
