Ryland to hold grand opening

Ryland Homes’ Zephyr Ridge in Henderson is under construction with a grand opening scheduled later this summer. The neighborhood has four two-story and one single-story home available for sale, with the first phase already sold out, according to sales agent Rhonda Polk.

“It is the perfect location for those who want a new home with amenities in Henderson but don’t want to live in a master-planned community,” Polk said.

Zephyr Ridge is near Horizon Ridge and Gibson Road, elevated above the valley.

Among the highlights of the area is Henderson’s new Reunion Trails Park. Just a few blocks from Zephyr Ridge, the 12-acre park includes lighted basketball courts, playgrounds, covered picnic areas, a splash pad, walking trails, open grass areas and a dog park.

Every two-story home at Zephyr Ridge is available with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck.

All homes in the neighborhood are being built on pool-sized homesites.

“The standard homesite in the neighborhood is 110 feet deep, with some available up to 140 feet deep,” Polk said.

The five floor plans range from 2,335 to 3,492 square feet and include three-car garages. The homes can be built with as many as six bedrooms and as many as three baths. Each of the floor plans offer features like dual master suites, tech areas and walk-in pantries as well as oversized garages on large homesites.

The single-story Hudson plan is a 2,335-square-foot home with as many as five bedrooms and as many as five baths. The home’s study can be built as a fourth bedroom and its third-car tandem garage can be built as a fifth bedroom, grand casita or game room.

The home also includes a kitchen island, walk-in pantry and dining room. The home has a great room and covered porch, which is designed as an interior courtyard.

The Concorde is a two-story home that can be built as large as 3,665 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and as many as four baths.

“All of the secondary bedrooms include walk-in closets, which are very popular with homebuyers,” Polk said. “This is a great home for those who are looking for more space. It has options for a sunroom, first-floor bedroom and bath, master retreat and covered deck in addition to the rooftop deck. It has lots of options to help you design the perfect home for your family.”

The model homes are scheduled to open later this summer.

The neighborhood’s two-story floor plans are available to preview at Ryland’s Evergreen sales office in Mountain’s Edge. The office is at 8717 Moon Crater Ave.
