Select Dunhill homes available for move-in

Home shoppers are "falling" into new homes at Dunhill Homes' Rhodes Ranch master-planned community in southwest Las Vegas. A select number of homes are available for quick move-in with dozens of luxury upgrades and as much as $50,000 in savings.

"These homes will not be available for long, so if you are in the market for a new home, this could be the perfect opportunity," sales associate Jimmy Jones said. "Rhodes Ranch has consistently been named one of the most popular communities in all of Southern Nevada with exclusive resident amenities including an award-winning golf course, multimillion-dollar recreation center and the only water park of its kind in the city ."

Homes available for quick move-in include popular plans that range in size from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet.

"These homes are heavily upgraded and several are available on the golf course," Jones said.

Among them are two homes in the popular Geneva series, Plan 2173 and Plan 3649. Named for their square footage, these homes include the builder's signature valet as well as upgrades.

"Our Plan 2173 now available is a single-story home built similar to the model," Jones said.

The home has three bedrooms, 2½ baths, master suite with a walk-in closet and two-car garage with bonus storage area. It has more than $90,000 in upgrades and a $50,000 incentive.

"And one of the best values on our move-in-ready homes at Rhodes Ranch is a Plan 3649, located on the award-winning Rhodes Ranch golf course," he said.

The two-story home is built with five bedrooms and 4½ baths. It has a guest suite downstairs, with an additional game room on the second floor. Every bedroom in the home has a walk-in closet. This home also has more than $50,000 in upgrades.

Also available are two homes in the Brighton series. An 1838 single-story home has four bedrooms and three baths, along with a special incentive. A 2443 two-story model has four bedrooms and three baths. Both homes will be ready for move-in in the next 30 days.

The community, which has a 24-hour, guard-gated entrance, offers 12 single- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting at $202,990. This community assesses no special improvement district fees, saving homebuyers thousands over the lifetime of the home, Jones said.

All homes at Rhodes Ranch are certified by the Energy Star program. This certification require specific efficiency measures, such as energy-efficient insulation, radiant barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital programmable thermostat, and dual pane low-emmisivity argon gas vinyl windows.
