Shadowbrook offers three-car garages

Richmond American's Shadowbrook community in northern Las Vegas features three-car garages and up to seven bedrooms in about 2,300 to 3,200 square feet. Prices start in the $270,000s.

"You can get a large home with a big backyard and spend far less than you'd expect," sales agent Sandy Kalkantzakos said. Priced from the $320,000s is the Merida, a five-bedroom home featuring 21/2 baths in about 2,750 square feet.

"People fall in love with how open this plan is," Kalkantzakos said. "The stairwell wraps around the formal dining area, creating openness and elegance at the same time." Optional sixth and seventh bedrooms are available, as well as a loft, deck or covered patio.

Priced from the $340,000s, the Umbria is the largest design, featuring six bedrooms and an optional seventh along with three baths in about 3,200 square feet.

"The Umbria has a really unique master bedroom that lets you choose either dual master bathrooms or a retreat that turns the suite into a private getaway," Kalkantzakos said. The main floor features a bedroom, full bath, living room with two-story volume ceilings, dining room, family room, nook and island kitchen.
