Shea at Ardiente will hold a tour of its Refresh Shea3D

Shea Homes at Ardiente, an age-qualified resort community, is launching a new, patent-pending Shea3D home design this spring.

In March, Shea Homes at Ardiente will host a “Dusty Shoe Tour” of its new Refresh Shea3D model to give the community and homebuyers a sneak preview. Visitors are asked to wear closed-toe shoes. Ardiente will provide hard hats to ensure their safety as they explore all the architectural designs and nuances that make this model unique.
