Shea Homes creates Quick Move-in program

Shea Homes at Ardiente, the gated, age-qualified master-planned community in North Las Vegas, is offering three single-story move-in ready homes as part of its Quick Move-in program. The designs include upgrades chosen by Ardiente's professional designer.

"It's like getting a fully loaded car for a stripped-down price," said Ardiente Sales Manager Ryan Smith. "And it is the quickest way to enjoy a Shea Green Certified home. Normally, a buyer selects a plan, selects finishes and then has to wait 55 working days for the home to be built before they can make it their own. This way, buyers can move right in and enjoy the home and the Ardiente lifestyle almost immediately."

All three floor plans offer two bedrooms, a home office, living, dining and kitchen areas. Master suite baths feature dual sinks.

According to Smith, all three homes are eligible for its Buyer's Choice Sale, with savings up to $10,000 on each home. Buyers can use the savings to pay closing costs or buy down their interest rate.

For the Quick Move-In program, one plan in the Rome design, measuring 1,426 square feet, offers vaulted ceilings, a bay window, cognac-stained cabinetry, upgraded countertops, stone tile and black KitchenAid appliances. The home is priced at $186,215.

Another Rome design, priced at $197,537, features granite slab countertops, stainless KitchenAid appliances, two-tone paint, upgraded flooring and cultured marble in the master bath and a 4-foot garage extension.

The Monaco measures 1,583 square feet and features an outdoor covered patio. The kitchen features upgraded cabinets in tones of spice, granite slab countertops, KitchenAid stainless appliances, stone tile and two-tone paint. The home is priced at $213,247.

The gated community offers 20,000 square feet of amenities including a private clubhouse with two pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, group exercise room and billiard room. Within the private setting are seven parks, tennis and bocce courts, 2.5 miles of walking and fitness trails and a challenging putting course.

All homes are built to Shea Green Certified standards offering cost savings and resource conservation. According to Ardiente's Smith, the potential for energy savings is as much as 30 percent and carbon footprint reduction of up to 48 percent. Environments for Living homes offer written performance guarantees on heating and cooling energy use.

With over 128 years of experience, the Shea family of companies has participated in the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Hoover Dam projects.

Ardiente's Model Gallery is open daily at 5840 Summit Greens Street in North Las Vegas. For more information, visit sheaardiente.com or call 224-8200.
