Signature’s Solana Terrace homes start at $129,990

With 30 years of experience creating homes, Signature Homes presents Solana Terrace, a neighborhood of detached single-family homes located in the growing northeastern valley. New homes at Solana Terrace start at $129,990.

Home buyers at Solana Terrace have a choice of five contemporary two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms, three baths and 1,715 square feet. Each home has an attached garage and comes with a long list of amenities.

Solana Terrace is offering builder incentives of up to 6 percent of the sales price with preferred lenders to be used for a down payment and/or closing costs.

Melissa Towbin, new home specialist, said the incentives are attracting the attention of prospective buyers.

All homes at Solana Terrace are two stories and feature one-car finished garage, prewiring for phone, cable, ceiling fans and are Energy Star rated. Exterior features include sun-drenched color schemes, desert landscaped front yard with automatic drip irrigation, insulated six panel entry door, exterior doors with polished brass key lock and deadbolt, enclosed backyard with block wall and gate and front and rear hose bibs.

Twilight is a 1,072-square-foot home with three bedrooms, laundry area and walk-in closet in the master suite, along with two baths on the second level. An open kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, powder room and finished garage on the first floor. Prices start at $129,990.

Sunset, with 1,152 square feet, offers a family room leading from the kitchen, which also opens into the dining and living rooms. A powder room and finished garage are located on the first level. Above are three bedrooms, a laundry area, two baths and a walk-in closet in the master suite. Prices start at $159,990.

Daybreak includes three bedrooms with 21/2 baths, family room, laundry area, sitting room-retreat or optional fourth bedroom and finished garage. The floor plan, which starts at $164,990, has 1,345 square feet of living space.

Skyline's first floor has an optional concrete patio, kitchen with open dining and great rooms, full bath, bedroom, a front entry with porch and a finished garage. On the second level are three bedrooms including the master suite with walk-in closet, two baths and laundry area. The design starts at $171,990 with 1,523 square feet.

Solana Terrace's fifth design, Daylight, with 1,715 square feet, has five bedrooms, three baths -- including master bath and walk-in closet -- optional loft, laundry area, kitchen leading to dining and great rooms, an optional concrete patio, a front entry porch, and a finished garage. Prices start at $178,990. Appliances included with homes at Solana Terrace are dishwasher, range and micro-hood. Kitchens feature picture frame cabinetry in beech with adjustable shelves, recessed lighting and enamel over steel double sink with disposal. Baths in Solana Terrace homes include laminate countertops with self-rimming sinks and upgraded faucets with chrome finish.
