Solevita complex elevates spa living

Amenities with a flair for the dramatic provide purchasers 12 reasons to buy into Solevita Condominium Homes in Henderson, according to Bill Scala, new home specialist.

"Among these are three spas, two pools, barbecue, sand volleyball court, dual use tennis/basketball court, a clubhouse with a theater, billiards and fitness rooms" Scala said.

There is a lot of grass in Solevita, which sits on a ledge and is elevated about 41 feet, according to Scala. "Our third spa is situated in the northwest section of the property, giving a premium view of the Strip from the spa, as well as all the homes located in that area. We have a limited number of condos remaining with this great vantage point," Scala said.

The gated community also features a gazebo in a courtyard area for residents' and guests' picnics.

While most Solevita purchasers are full-time residents, many find the community a wise choice for a vacation home -- under 10 minutes from McCarran International Airport, convenient to all major arteries -- Interstate 15, Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and U.S. Highway 95, Scala said.

Solevita is located a short distance from many of Nevada's top destinations. Residents are minutes away from Sunset Station, the Galleria Mall, Green Valley's The District and the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The area is well-known for a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. It's Solevita's proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, however, that may be the condo's biggest selling point.

The community offers three floor plans.

"The Berini, at $137,900 is a 725-square-foot residence with one bedroom and one bath. The Medici features two bedrooms and two baths in 961 square feet at $169,900. Our largest, the Tivoli, with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,221 square feet is offered at $209,900," Scala said.

Each floor plan offers a walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, Roman tub in the master bath, walk-in pantry, storage area and a balcony.

Standard features include gourmet kitchens, decorative blinds, custom-designed cabinetry and ceiling fans.

Buyers may choose upgrades of stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and custom paint. Select floor plans also may have a full-size washer and dryer and a gas fireplace.

"Each residence has one covered parking space. We have over 300 extra parking for guests or extra vehicles," Scala said.

Solevita offers incentives programs with use of preferred lenders. The homeowners' association dues are $151 a month.

Solevita is located at 2120 Ramrod Ave. in Henderson, between North Green Valley Parkway and Mountain Vista Street.

To visit, from I-215, exit Green Valley Parkway heading north past Sunset Road. Turn right on Ramrod to the community on your left.

The Performance Home Sales Gallery is open from 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily.
