Solstice at Aliante has plans with up to seven bedrooms

Pardee Homes' Solstice at Aliante neighborhood in North Las Vegas features four floor plans that range from 2,337 to 3,959 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms. Prices for homes in the gated community start from the high $200,000s, including a move-in-ready Plan 2-XC.

Measuring 3,110 square feet, the plan is priced at $291,375 and has five bedrooms, three baths, a three-car garage, a bonus room, stainless steel kitchen appliances including refrigerator, upgraded flooring, two-tone paint, low-e windows and a radiant barrier.

Plan 4-B is scheduled for completion in August. It measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms, four baths, a three-car garage, loft, library, stainless steel kitchen appliances, low-e windows, radiant barrier and a buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced at $335,875.

A move-in-ready Plan 3-C measures 3,643 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a three-car garage, den, bonus room, hobby room, low-e windows, radiant barrier and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced at $310,375.

Solstice features the builder's LivingSmart brand that offers standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials.

Solstice is also part of Pardee Homes' New Standard program that provides granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances at no extra cost.
