Southern Highlands' Tuscan Cliffs neighborhood offers customizable-estate homes in a country club setting above the southwestern portion of the valley. Residences feature indoor-outdoor living with an emphasis on spaces and amenities designed for entertaining.

"Much of the Tuscan Cliffs lifestyle focuses on the concept of a private retreat, a secluded, luxurious environment in which to get away from it all," said Rob Evon, sales agent. "The Strip appears tantalizingly close, particularly at night."

Standard amenities include paverstone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs and Kohler plumbing fixtures. Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home.

The community is served by a 24-hour guard-gated and computerized entrance. Base prices range from $1.05 million to $1.25 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
