Southern Highlands’ Tuscan Cliffs offers the high life with views

Southern Highlands’ Tuscan Cliffs neighborhood offers customizable-estate homes in a country club setting above the southwestern portion of the valley. Residences feature indoor-outdoor living with an emphasis on spaces and amenities designed for entertaining.

“Much of the Tuscan Cliffs lifestyle focuses on the concept of a private retreat, a secluded, luxurious environment in which to get away from it all,” said Rob Evon, sales agent. “The Strip appears tantalizingly close, particularly at night.”

Residences may be upgraded with custom landscaping and swimming pools, as well as decorator touches throughout.

In addition, residents may receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. The club includes a social calendar, spa, resort-style swimming pool and other facilities.

Four floor plans, ranging from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet, offer more than 50 configurations. Design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet. Options include custom electronics, pool and landscape packages and a variety of brand-name kitchen appliances and bath upgrades.

A total of 155 luxury estate homes are planned, each on a home site measuring at least one-quarter acre. A select number of elevated lots have become available. For a limited time, buyers may reserve any lot and select the floor plan and configuration.

Standard amenities include paverstone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs and Kohler plumbing fixtures. Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home.

The community is served by a 24-hour guard-gated and computerized entrance. Base prices range from $1.05 million to $1.25 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. dailt, except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m. For more information, call 228-8559 or visit
