Summerlin community offers variety of home styles

Dozens of new homes in a variety of styles and floor plans are currently selling in five Summerlin villages: The Vistas, The Mesa, Summerlin Centre West, The Paseos and The Canyons.
Each style features distinct architectural diversity and is designed around a major community park or golf course, according to Kevin Orrock, president of Summerlin.
"Home prices have significantly decreased and mortgage rates are at an all-time low, making home ownership more affordable than it has been in years," he said.
Kingwood Crest by KB Home is the final neighborhood selling homes in The Vistas village. It features four floor plans from 2,075 to 2,712 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s.
Immediately south of The Vistas village in Summerlin Centre West, homes in four additional neighborhoods are available: West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards by William Lyon Homes, Ville Trieste at West Park by Pulte Homes and Traccia by Toll Brothers. West Park Villas is a townhome neighborhood with four home floor plans from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet and priced in the mid-$100,000s. West Park Courtyards features four attached- courtyard homes from 1,706 to 2,452 square feet. Prices start in the high $100,000s.
Villa Trieste at West Park, the state's first LEED-certified neighborhood, offers four two-story home floor plans from 1,487 to 1,777 square feet. Prices start in the high-$100,000s. Five home floor plans are currently selling at Traccia in two home collections: Huntington and Newport. Floor plans range in size from 1,660 to 2,012 square feet. Prices start in the low-$200,000s.
Mira Villa in The Canyons features six luxury midrise, Mediterranean-inspired, single-level condominium home floor plans from 2,071 to 3,851 square feet. Prices start in the high-$300,000s.
The Mesa is home to five selling neighborhoods, including Ladera Terrace by Harmony Homes; Ventana Amado and Terraza Amado by Pulte Homes; and Amado Ridge and Amado Crest by Richmond American Homes.
Ladera Terrace features three home floor plans from 2,320 to 2,622 square feet and are priced from the mid-$200,000s. Ventana Amado features three home floor plans from 1,810 to 2,100 square feet priced from the low $200,000s.
Terraza Amado features three home floor plans from 2,197 to 2,575 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s. Amado Ridge features four home floor plans from 1,450 to 2,250 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s. Amado Crest features four home floor plans from 1,850 to 3,050 square feet and are priced from the mid-$200,000s.
Barcelona in The Paseos village features homes by Woodside Homes and Toll Brothers. Woodside Homes offers two home floor plans at 3,087 and 3,413 square feet and are priced starting in the low $300,000s. Toll Brothers offers two home floor plans at 3,393 and 3,607 square feet and are priced starting in the mid-$300,000s.
