Summerlin offers 50 floor plans

Special to Real Estate

More than 50 home floor plans are currently available in the master-planned community of Summerlin.

"Summerlin is a great place to live because it has so many recreational, social, educational and cultural offerings conveniently located in quaint neighborhood settings," said Kevin Orrock, executive vice president of master-planned communities for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin. "And our amenities are impressive in terms of both quantity and quality. We're fortunate to house some of the valley's top performing schools, retail centers, medical facilities and more."

Homes are available in five Summerlin villages: The Paseos, The Vistas, The Mesa, The Canyons and Summerlin Centre West. Each features distinct architectural diversity and is designed around a major community park or golf course, typical of all Summerlin villages.
