More than 100 home floor plans are selling in the master-planned community of Summerlin in six villages: The Canyons, The Mesa, The Paseos, The Ridges, Summerlin Centre and The Vistas.

Floor plans range from 684 to nearly 6,000 square feet and include condominiums, townhomes, single-family one- and two-story homes, urban-style three-story homes, lofts and semi-custom homes.

Homes are selling from the low $200,000s to more than $2 million, while custom lots are priced starting in the $500,000s.
