Team Ford bowls for local charity

Team Ford Lincoln employees and their guests recently participated in a Bowling for Babies event at Santa Fe Station Bowling Center. The event was to benefit March of Dimes.

More than 60 people participated in the event July 23, which raised not only funds for March of Dimes, but also awareness for the campaign, which supports community programs that help babies begin healthy lives. To date, more than $2 billion has been raised.

“It’s always great when you can combine having fun with co-workers, family and friends while raising money for a worthy cause,” said Sue Walton-Robertson, director of human resources at Team Ford Lincoln. “The March of Dimes organization has been promoting education and research for the past 75 years, and important breakthroughs have been made as a direct result. We’re proud to do our part in supporting them.”

Team Ford Lincoln, 5445 Drexel Road near the intersection of U.S. Highway 95 and Ann Road, features sales, service and parts along with a free arcade, free Wi-Fi, and Cobra Café. Visit www.TeamFord.com for more information.

Team Ford Lincoln has been Nevada’s No. 1 volume Ford dealer for the past five years running, according to Ford Motor Co.
