  • The Stratosphere, 2000 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer free passes to its indoor and outdoor observation decks every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in January to residents with a valid Nevada ID. Admission for children accompanied by an adult is also free. Passes are to be issued at the Stratosphere ticketing booth near Roxy’s Diner.
