n First Friday in the 18b Arts District downtown is slated to run from 6 to 11 p.m. The event is set to feature a 40-by-6-foot Freedom Wall at Casino Center and Charleston boulevards, where people can express themselves on a blank canvas. The Kids Zone, near Casino Center Boulevard and Colorado Avenue, is expected to include live entertainment, a dance competition, a petting zoo and more.
