Toll Brothers eyes more success in Paseos Village in Summerlin

Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has seen continued success in the Paseos Village in Summerlin since introducing Montecito in August.

The nation’s 2014 Builder of the Year is carrying over the award-winning, single-story home designs at Montecito after a successful opening in Santaluz last year.

Buyers who visit Montecito can take advantage of premodel pricing and be the first to choose from among newly released premier home sites.

In the Paseos Village of the Summerlin master-planned community are three single-level home designs at Montecito with views of the Strip and Spring Mountains National Recreation Area.

These home designs consist of three to four bedrooms, two- to three-car garages and range up to 2,874 square feet of living space placed on sites averaging 9,000 square feet.

The open floor plans include 10-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors and an upgraded millwork trim package complemented by warm two-tone paint.

Pricing begins from the mid-$500,000s.

Montecito is opened out of Santaluz in Summerlin.

The Santaluz sales office, at 736 Puerto Real Court, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
