Toll Brothers holds fall sales event

Toll Brothers invites home buyers to attend its National Fall Sales Event in all Nevada Toll Brothers neighborhoods today through Oct. 10. The builder is offering kitchen and bath options packages and financial incentives.

To qualify, buyers must make a deposit by Oct. 10 and sign an agreement of sale within 10 days of deposit. Sales and incentive packages will vary among communities. In addition, TBI Mortgage Co., a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, is offering a selection of mortgage programs with fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages. Home buyers should visit or call their neighborhood of interest to learn about specific details.

Participating neighborhoods include:

• Traccia, located in the Summerlin master plan, is a gated neighborhood priced from the low $200,000s. For more information, call 304-9740.

• Mirasol, located in the Mountain’s Edge master plan, is a gated neighborhood priced from the low $200,000s. For more information, call 454-1125.

• Toll Brothers at Inspirada, located in the Inspirada master plan in Henderson starts from the upper $100,000s. For more information, call 399-2100.
