Toll Brothers holds fall sales event
Toll Brothers invites home buyers to attend its National Fall Sales Event in all Nevada Toll Brothers neighborhoods today through Oct. 10. The builder is offering kitchen and bath options packages and financial incentives.
To qualify, buyers must make a deposit by Oct. 10 and sign an agreement of sale within 10 days of deposit. Sales and incentive packages will vary among communities. In addition, TBI Mortgage Co., a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, is offering a selection of mortgage programs with fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages.
