Toll Brothers’ neighborhood offers military personnel incentives

At Hidden Canyon Estates in northwestern Las Vegas, Toll Brothers is honoring military personnel with a $10,000 incentive.

"Hidden Canyon Estates' proximity to Nellis Air Force Base makes it an ideal location for those who serve our country," Gary Mayo, president of Toll Brothers, said.

To qualify for the incentive, military personnel must show military identification.

Homes within Hidden Canyon, a private gated community, range from 3,473 to 3,895 square feet situated on home sites up to one-third acre.

Prices start from the mid-$500,000s.

All three Hidden Canyon Estates -- the Whitney, Rushmore and Shasta -- are designed as a four-bedroom plan which includes distinctive characteristics in the master suites, entertainment areas and kitchens and also offers a three-car garage.

The Whitney features a porte cochere, motor court and three-car split garage. An open courtyard leads to the home's foyer. It is a 3,473-square-foot plan with four bedrooms and 31/2 baths.

Rushmore's foyer leads to a private den and great room. For more formal gatherings, a butler's pantry provides a staging area to the dining room.

The Rushmore is a 3,746-square-foot plan with four bedrooms and 41/2 baths. The master bedroom suite includes a private patio and spa-like bath with dual vanities and a jetted tub.

The Shasta model is a 3,895-square-foot plan with four bedrooms and 31/2 baths. The family room and gourmet kitchen with center island seating are ideal for casual gatherings.

Because all the floor plans at Hidden Canyon Estates are single story, many have views of the Western mountain range. Less than an hour from Lake Mead, outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate that the home sites can accommodate boats, RVs and other vehicles.

Hidden Canyon Estates is located near U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, off Jones Boulevard. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For details, visit TollBrothers.com or call 562-9600.
