Toyota’s used cars feature extensive warranties

Whether it comes to new or used vehicles or maintenance service, Findlay Toyota, located in the Valley Automall in Henderson, aims to make its customers happy.

Mellisa Brewer purchased a brand-new 2010 Scion TC from the dealership four months ago and couldn't be more pleased with the car or customer care she received.

She said the decision to buy from Findlay Toyota was an easy one.

"Their customer service has always been great," Brewer said. When she dropped off her TC for service, she was given a loaner car and the work was completed on time, as promised.

The Scion TC Findlay Toyota helped her find fits her needs perfectly, she said.

"I love it," the freelance photographer said of her recent purchase. "I wanted something sporty that still got good gas mileage. I also wanted a reliable vehicle, which was one of the reasons I went to Toyota."

Brewer was looking for a car that would hold its value, which factored into her decision to buy a Scion. Scions are sold using menu pricing and depreciate slowly, like other Toyota vehicles.

All Toyota certified used vehicles are given a 160-point quality-assurance inspection and customers are provided with Carfax vehicle reports and are eligible for new-car finance rates.

Certified used cars also come with a three-month/3,000-mile comprehensive warranty and seven-year/100,000-mile warranties for powertrain and roadside assistance.

Roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and covers flat tires, dead batteries, locksmith services, towing and emergency refueling.

"You get to No. 1 and stay there by treating people fair and finding them the perfect car to fit their needs, while having fun doing it," Abajian said.
