Turnberry Towers discounts home prices; leases residences

According to Scott Singler, director of marketing, homes are discounted up to 55 percent from one year ago and some residences are available for lease.

The residences range from 814 to 1,658 square feet with up to three bedrooms and 2½ baths. Each home includes at least one private balcony and some have balcony access from nearly every room.
