Turnberry Towers finishes new units

New, finished units are being offered at Turnberry Towers in the high-rise property's west tower at prices starting in the $200,000s.

Turnberry Towers released 50 finished homes in its west tower in January, of which 25 remain available, ranging from 814 to 1,658 square feet with up to three bedrooms and 2½ baths. Each home includes at least one private balcony and some have balcony access from nearly every room.

According to Trainer, Turnberry Towers offers everything a homebuyer needs to move into their new residence with minimal additional expenses.

"Each home is delivered with standard items like Italian oak kitchen cabinetry, granite kitchen countertops and marble countertops in all of the baths," she said.

"We also include all appliances like the refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer. We even offer assistance with furniture packages if you want a turn-key home. All you need to do is pack your bags and move in."

Turnberry Towers offers traditional financing.

"Not everyone has cash available to purchase a new home, so we are thrilled to be able to offer traditional 30-year fixed rate loans with competitive interest rates," Trainer said.

"We are able to do this because the construction loan at Turnberry Towers has been paid in full. Most other high rise developments throughout the country require cash payments."

Some homes have been discounted up to 50 percent from their original prices from two years ago.

"You can literally save hundreds of thousands of dollars on these brand new units," Trainer said.

Turnberry Towers is located on 10 acres one block east of the Las Vegas Strip. Residents has access to valet service, concierge, business center, and 24-hour security services. Free Wi-Fi is provided in each tower's main lobby, social room and pool areas.

Residents also have access to private tennis courts, two resort style pools with year-round heated spas, barbecue grills, two putting greens, fenced dog parks, state-of-the-art fitness center and climate controlled individual storage rooms.

The sales office at Turnberry Towers is open 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The sales office is located at 222 Karen Ave. From the Las Vegas Strip, take Las Vegas Boulevard heading north towards Sahara Avenue. Then head east on Sahara and south on Paradise Road. On your left you will see Turnberry Towers. Head east (left) on Karen and enter the Turnberry Towers gate on the left. The guard at the gate house will provide you directions to the sales office located in the west tower.
