Two new models open at Pardee Homes’ Durango Trail

Pardee Homes introduced a new model home at its Durango Trail community in southwestern Las Vegas. The gated neighborhood features two single-story floor plans that range from 2,789 to 3,023 square feet. Prices start from $383,950.
The new Prescott Plan measures 2,789 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, game room, great room, formal dining room or optional den, covered patio and three-car garage. The plan can be built with an optional one-car garage.
Also featured is the Silverton Plan that measures 3,023 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, game room, covered patio and three-car garage. The plan can be built with an optional den instead of a third bedroom, optional library instead of the formal dining room and optional four-car garage.
Both floor plans can be built with Pardee Homes’ exclusive GenSmart Suite that provides a private entrance and living area to accommodate multiple generations that may be living under one roof.
“Durango Trail complements its sister neighborhood Durango Ranch, which is also exclusively single-story designs that range in size to approximately 3,853 square feet and to approximately 4,142 square feet with an optional Nevada Room,” Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said.
Homes at Durango Ranch feature optional detached casitas, optional Nevada Rooms, an enclosed patio instead of a covered patio, up to four-car garages, large kitchens, great rooms and optional recreational vehicle parking pads. Prices start from $430,990.
Both Durango Trail and Durango Ranch feature Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.
To reach Durango Trail and Durango Ranch from Interstate 15, take Blue Diamond Road/State Route 160 west to Durango Drive. Turn right on Durango and turn right at Pebble Road. The model homes and sales office are on the right.
Pardee is working with Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, that will rent a qualified buyer’s existing home for as long as three years.
