We got Osama … now what?
Well, Rep. Barney Frank, that military genius from Boston who in his spare time helped bring us the biggest mortgage crisis in history, says it's time to get out of Afghanistan.
“We went there to get Osama bin Laden. And we have now gotten Osama bin Laden. … So yes, I think this does strengthen the case [for withdrawal].”
You can read it all here. In the meanwhile, someone ought to clue Rep. Frank in on the bigger picture. There's that Taliban thingy that's also a factor in the Afghanistan mission, isn't there?
