Coronado is a gated, hacienda-inspired neighborhood that offers its residents a variety of social and recreational amenities, including shade terraces, a resort-style swimming pool and spa, fitness center and covered outdoor barbecue areas.
Other amenities include miles of walking/running trails; a large community park, The Paseos Park, which features junior soccer/tee-ball fields, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a motorized toy area, a tot lot, children's play areas, an interactive water feature, picnic pavilions and open turf areas; and a long list of recreational opportunities at the neighboring Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
"The Paseos is a beautiful village that highlights the natural beauty of its surroundings," said Julie Cleaver, director of design and planning for The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties and developer of Summerlin. "From the Southwestern-inspired architectural style of the homes to the native plant selection that lines the streets, The Paseos Village pays tribute to our valley's desert orientation and makes Southern Nevada residents feel right at home."
The Paseos is a 375-acre village located west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, at West Charleston Boulevard.
Since The Howard Hughes Corp. commenced development on the village, more than 1,200 homes have sold, according to Cleaver.
