William Lyon builds new model homes in Tuscan Cliffs

People don’t arrive at Tuscan Cliffs, set within the Southern Highlands community, as much as they visit their own private enclave. Tree-lined avenues with water features and walking paths help to slow the pace of life. And Tuscan Cliffs has let some of its Italian flavor flow just outside its gated entrance as a sign of what lies ahead.

“There’s a special connection residents feel with the surroundings by the time they reach their door,” sales agent Julia Giordani said. “It’s a place where you feel both ‘a part of’ and ‘apart from’ the city. Near enough to all you need in town, but with a real sense of a quiet, personal place.”

William Lyon Homes is building new model homes at Tuscan Cliffs. There are three two-story plans, each designed with a nod to Old World European architecture. By offering a multitude of lifestyle room configurations, Lyon makes it easy to create the home of your dreams.

“Virtually every detail of the homes at Tuscan Cliffs inspires a sense of well-planned and functional Mediterranean design,” Giordani said. “These homes offer owners an easy-living lifestyle that is the best of all possible worlds: elegant and romantic, but practical and functional, too.”

The homes range in living space from 4,256 to nearly 5,000 square feet, and Tuscan appeal is woven into every detail. Buyers can choose up to six bedrooms with 6½ baths, or add a multigenerational suite, lofts and bonus rooms — or include a cigar/wine room, wet bar or classic Italian loggia.

Plan One offers up to five bedrooms and 4½ baths and flows into an entry with an interior courtyard garden plus covered loggia.

The ground floor showcases these courtyard features at every turn, from the expansive kitchen and living areas, through the esplanade to the master suite secluded in its own first-level wing.

A first-level multigenerational suite with a covered porch is available, as are split two- and one-car garages, and a bedroom and two optional bonus rooms above.

Plan Two, also available with as many as five bedrooms and 5½ baths, features a ground level configuration perfect for easy living and entertaining. This portion of the home, complemented with a bar and kitchen, features views and access to a relaxing covered loggia.

Separate areas for formal dining and an optional cigar/wine room add to the entertainment value; a single bedroom suite is also on the first floor. The master and as many as three more bedrooms are on the upper level, which offers options for a fifth bedroom, fifth bath and a bonus room.

Plan Three features up to six bedrooms and 6½ baths. An attractive foyer leads to separate dining and living areas and a great room that vaults through the height of the second level. These main living spaces and the downstairs master suite and sitting area open onto a covered loggia with optional fireplace and multiple sliding glass doors.

To visit Tuscan Cliffs, exit Interstate 15 south at Southern Highlands and head west. Turn left on Stonewater Lane, where you’ll find the entry gate on the right. Models are scheduled to open in summer. Call 702-629-6118 or visit www.lyonhomes.com for more information.
