William Lyon Homes sells 8 townhome plans in Summerlin community

West Park Villas and Courtyards by William Lyon Homes are selling eight townhome floor plans in Summerlin Centre West.

According to Julie Cleaver, vice president of planning and design for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin, residents in Summerlin Centre West have accessibility and amenities.

"Summerlin Centre West is a quaint 280-acre village immediately adjacent to the (Interstate) 215 (the Las Vegas) Beltway nestled between Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to the west and a vibrant, active community to the east," she said.

Nearby amenities include Red Rock Casino Resort Spa, retail, dining, parks, trails, schools and office parks.

West Park Villas features three two- and three-story home floor plans that range from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

Floor plans offer two to four bedrooms, 2½ baths, walk-in closets in the master bedroom and open living/dining room areas. Select floor plans feature optional study/loft areas.

West Park Courtyards, named for its private courtyard areas, features four two-story home floor plans that range from 1,706 to 2,452 and are priced from the high $100,000s.

Floor plans offer three bedrooms with two or three baths, granite kitchen countertops, master bedrooms with walk-in closets and flexible room options including a fourth bedroom, den, loft, retreat or exercise room.

The neighborhoods share a centrally located park with a tot lot and swimming pool.

William Lyon Homes has built nearly 2,000 homes in 21 Summerlin neighborhoods since 1998. The homebuilder is recognized as one of the nation's largest with more than 100,000 homes throughout California, Nevada and Arizona during its 50-plus year history.

Developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties Inc., Summerlin is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a year-long celebration that commenced in May 2010.

Located along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley, Summerlin encompasses 22,500 acres with 7,500 acres still remaining to accommodate future growth within the master plan.

Custom-home sites in The Ridges are priced from the $500,000s. Luxury apartment homes offer monthly rents starting from the $800s.
