YOUR WEEKEND: Find baby, kid items at consignment fair

Babies grow out of toys and clothes within months, and then, what is there to do with all their old stuff? Or, how can you find a place to buy the things cheaply?

As They Grow kids consignment sale will put on its fall/winter event from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 18, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 19 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 20 at 2590 S. Decatur Blvd. The weekend sale will feature more than 100 consigners selling gently used children’s items. All unsold items marked for donation will be given to The Women’s Resource Medical Centers.

Entry fee is $2, half of which will be donated to the YMCA and Down Syndrome Organization of Nevada.
