The Mahogany Fire was fully contained on Tuesday after burning 2,758 acres in the Spring Mountain Range. The Forest Service said the suspected cause is an illegal campfire near the Mahogany campground.

After being alerted to travelers’ concerns, McCarran announced it was altering baggage claim operations.McCarran spokesman Joe Rajchel said, “Each carousel will now have at least one flight assigned to it before any additional are added.”. “This will help us reduce crowds around the carousels and promote social distancing.”
